Captain Frank

Coyote Sport fishing is a fully licensed and insured business. It was founded in 1993 by its current owner and captain Frank Berrocal after coming back from a 10 year stay on the US East coast to his hometown of Tamarindo. Frank is a native bilingual with well over fifteen years of fishing experience in the in the Tamarindo area.

Frank uses his coyote-like instinct to get you where the fish is and he’ll go the extra mile to make your fishing trip the memory of a life time! One can tell Frank has the passion for fishing and enjoys sharing his hobby turned career with his clients.

Since the inception of Coyote Sport fishing Frank has steadily built up a vast international clientele that returns each year to go fishing with him. One thing is for sure: Frank enjoys fishing as much as you do.

Frank captains both boats most of the time but if the if the 35’Carolina Classic is booked he’ll run it and he’ll send another experienced bilingual captain to run the charter on the Mako 23’.
